I know that everyone of us had a fair share on meeting a worst or a so-so customer service. You could have called about a certain bill that you want to be fixed or maybe some explanation about why is your bill so high.
You might have called beause you want to know more about your bill but because of unfair treatment they get from their customer service representative, even the nicest customer can act irately. They might have treated you in a rude way or maybe they can’t explain clearly why your bills were that high and you need to spend hours on the phone just to figure it out. The problem may be solved in the process but think of all the hassle that it has caused.
A good customer service serves as a turning point for the customer. In what way? The customer service representative is literally the representative of the company and one wrong behavior would make the customer stop doing business with the company.
Those who work in customer service should be level-headed enough to settle things with the clients because if they don’t, they might end up fighting with the clients and thus losing them.
Companies should keep in mind to have a good customer service so that clients would stay. Yes, every one of us is different. There are people who are easy to please and there are others who would give the agents a hard time.
Evethough these customers are hard to please, they will still continue doing business with you as long as your treat them well. As long as your customer service representative is calm in explaining to your customers their concersn, surely, they will not leave your company because of the way you’ve trreated them.
Always keep in mind that your clients are the ones who bring money to your business so they deserve a better service for their money. To keep these customers, many companies are doing intensive training for their representatives in handling different kinds of customers.
This is a good investment for the company because you will have a greater chance of retaining your clients. Not just proper customer handling but also training on the products and how to explain things to them. This will give the customers confidence to the company in terms of the reliable service that they are getting. Excellent customer service is the reason why a lot of people are staying with their providers and companies.

WOMENS SUNGLASSES
Women have an entirely different perception in relation to sunglasses than men. Women don’t buy sunglasses simply because they are the best or most popular in the market or because they are less expensive. It is essential to women that the sunglasses they buy must complement their unique personality and their own style statement. Therefore, many designers have come up with special collections of purely women’s sunglasses, and they are designed keeping in mind the independent nature of women.
Women purchase sunglasses for many reasons, like driving, for sports and simply to make a style statement. Especially when walking in the sun, women consider sunglasses a must to protest the eyes from UV rays. Women also tend to have an eye to catch the difference that certain colours make in sunglasses, and also realise that they are not just for style, but for a particular purpose as well. The lens tint choices are an important factor while choosing women’s sunglasses.
Most women’s sunglasses collections are either smoked, grey or a green-greyish combination, as these colours enhance the vision while not changing the colour hues. These are meant especially for bright and sunny days. On a cloudy day, women generally go for a brown or coppery tint which helps in minimising the bluish tinge due to the diffused lighting. Many women often prefer the rose hue for lenses, as they look chic, and also help in reducing the blue light. With a high contrast effect, these rose hued lenses are comforting for the eyes and also improve visibility. Rose hue lenses are also found to be long-lasting.
For women, sunglasses are a very essential part of their day to day fashion, and therefore many designers have come up with collections for the whole year. It is a fundamental fact that wearing the perfect sunglasses with the right clothes is vital, and therefore, while choosing sunglasses women need to be sure that it suits their face and sense of style.

SUNGLASS DESIGN
Sunglasses are basically an aid to the eyes, and are used as a fashionable accessory. There is a huge variety of sunglass types and styles, but all of them have one particular common design or construction. Every sunglass will have the following 3 parts which make up a sunglass design – the lens, the frame and the nose bridge.
The Lens – this is probably the most important part of a sunglass design structure. Also, this is where the different styles come into the picture where the lens is made of different material, colours and shapes. The lens colour may differ due to a style requirement or for a particular purpose in eye protection as well. However, on a general basis, the most common lens colours used are grey, yellow, brown and green. These colours are preferred because they reduce the distortion of colour while viewing through them. For a low and medium lighting situation, red coloured sunglass designs are suggested as they enhance the contrast levels. Certain lens styles in the sunglass design are polarized, meaning they are made of a Polaroid plastic sheet. This helps in reducing the glare caused by the reflection of light rays.
Frames – frames are the 2nd integral part of a sunglass design. They are made of many materials, but the most popular are nylon, plastic, metal, or an alloy or two or more metals. For sporty sunglass designs, nylon frames are used as it is very flexible and lightweight too. Nylon frames don’t break on application of pressure, but instead bend a little and then regain their normal shape. Metal frames are rigid, but they can be held on to the nose bridge by fitting hinges on the back. The ear pieces are usually curved in order for the glasses to fit snugly over the eyes and not fall off.

STYLES OF SUNGLASSES

They are: glacier style of sunglasses, shutter shades, faded or graduated style of sunglasses, teashades style of sunglasses, wayfarers style, aviator sunglasses, mirrorshades sunglasses, Onassis style of sunglasses, and the ever popular oversized sunglasses.

NIGHT SUNGLASSES
Night Sunglasses are types of visual aid which riders and drivers wear at night, in order to avoid the glare from headlights and other objects. Most drivers have this problem during night driving where streetlights and the like are reflected from the street surface & the windscreen, and cause problems in seeing the road ahead. More often than not, the glare from lights is a mere distraction to drivers, but sometimes, they tend to get dangerous when they prevent the driver from seeing clearly, and can even lead to major accidents. In such situations, night sunglasses come in very handy, as they secure the eyesight from such glares and make driving in the night easy.
In the monsoon season, there is more danger of light reflection as the wet conditions magnify the reflection many-fold. Here night sunglasses are very essential. When it comes to motorcycle riders, wearing of night sunglasses while riding is simply a must, because they are not even protected by the shelter of a car, and they are the ones who get the maximum impact of on-coming headlights. There are certain kinds of night sunglasses which can be used both during the day-time and night; these types of sunglasses are handy for motorcyclists.
Night sunglasses are a special kind of make, where the lenses are of a yellowish or amber colour, and they come coated with an anti-reflecting material. This yellowish hue is used for night sunglasses because it tends to lessen the blue light that our eyes transmit. These specialised night sunglasses can also be worn in the daytime, in conditions of fog and hazy weather.
However, most sources in the eye-ware industry speak against wearing of night sunglasses. They reason this with the fact that night sunglasses, while reducing the glare, also reduce the driver’s visibility.

FAKE SUNGLASSES
Most good quality sunglasses are branded wear, and are therefore expensive as well. Some of the brands are not affordable by the common man. However, in certain websites and stores, similar types of sunglasses are offered at lower costs. These are known as fake sunglasses websites. Fake sunglasses are meant to fill in the gap where the expensive branded ones are nor affordable. These stores or websites offer the latest sunglass trends in their replica designs, and advertise these fake sunglasses at lower rates. Some websites even advertise the fact that their main goal is to spread these fake sunglasses in the market.
Fake sunglasses websites and stores offer customers the newest designs, almost at the same time as their originals are launched. They select designs to replicate based upon the quality, demand and market situations. Nowadays, even celebrities are known to wear these fake sunglasses, as the question always arises as to why pay more for something when you can get it for less.
The latest development that the fake sunglasses stores have come up with is to blend the replicated design with the original work, so as to give customers an exact imitation of the real branded sunglass. So much so that these fake sunglasses are not even differentiable from the real thing. Whether this trend is famous or infamous, fake sunglasses are considered to be ideal for those who are very fashion conscious, and are not able to afford the high priced branded wear.
However, though these fake sunglasses websites advertise themselves to make replicas of originals; they also have a disclaimer stating that customers are not to expect the sunglasses to be exactly like the real thing. They are simply a copy of the branded wear, which are less expensive and are of good enough quality.

Speaker Buying Tips
Surround sound speakers add an extra dimension to the home theatre system and give an overall excellent viewing experience. The speakers, when strategically placed, can give you a feeling as though you are part of the scene with sounds coming from all around the room.
Here are few tips to buy surround sound speakers for your home theatre systems:
1. Choosing Speakers and Subwoofers: All the speakers for surround sound have separate channels unlike the usual speakers. The subwoofers are the speakers that reproduce the low frequency signals. All the low frequency signals are caught by the subwoofer and amplified before reproducing it. 2. Size of the Room: One has to keep in mind the dimensions of the room before choosing the speakers for surround sound. Depending on the space you have and the quality of sound you want, you can choose the right set of speakers. 3. Choosing the Speaker Size: It is not considered a crime to mix different sized speakers to your home theatre system, but it advisable that one does so that there will be no miss-match of different electrical equipments. Sometimes it may result in poor sound quality. Also be careful in choosing the right size of surround speakers because if the sizes are different then the surround effect will definitely reduce and you can only blame yourself for it. 4. Sound Formats: Surround sound speakers come in different format like Pro Logic II and Dolby Digital and most of the systems today support various sound formats like Dolby EX/DTS ES and the Dolby Digital/DTS. Nevertheless one must be aiming to get the quality of the sound that one wants to choose the right speaker as there are many brands to choose from in the market today. It is advisable to check the performance of the speakers under different sound equaliser settings like changing the bass, midrange and midrange settings.

Design of Unconventional Speakers
Horn loudspeaker:
This is the oldest type of speaker used and was first incorporated with cylinder recording players. They used a waveguide to increase the directivity of the speaker and propagate the high pressure at one end of the speaker to a larger area at the other end of the speaker; this increases the speaker sensitivity. The design of the speaker like the throat size, mouth diameter and the horn length must be carefully chosen to get maximum frequency response.
Piezoelectric speakers:
These speakers are usually incorporated in the watches as beepers and also as tweeters in cheap systems like radio and computer speakers. Some of the advantages the Piezoelectric speakers have over conventional horn loudspeaker are: they can withstand high frequencies, and their electrical property permits them to work without crossover. Some of the disadvantages of Piezoelectric speakers are: there is a possibility of amplifiers to oscillate and damage itself when capacitive loads like Piezoelectric speakers are present, and their frequency response is much less when compared to other speakers.
Electrostatic speakers:
These speakers are driven by high voltage electric field. It consists of a thin, charged membrane and the electric field drives the membrane. They have few disadvantages like low efficiency, and it attracts dust particles as its membrane holds static charges.
Ribbon and Planar Magnetic speakers:
The ribbon magnetic speaker consists of a thin ribbon made of metal which is suspended in a magnetic field. When an electrical signal is made to pass through the ribbon the ribbon moves to make sound. They have the advantage of giving good frequency response for high frequencies, but they are extremely fragile and they are costly to construct as it requires a very powerful magnet.
Planar magnetic speakers are speakers made up of a coil and a stretchy membrane. When current is passed through the coil the magnetic field of the coil interacts with the field of the magnets present around the membrane which will vibrate the membrane.

RING DESIGNS
A ring is of many types, sizes, shapes and is used for different purposes. It may be for an engagement, wedding, as a gift to a loved one, or simply a means of pampering oneself. But in all these uses, there is one common factor that one always looks for, and that is the design of the ring. The choice of design and style may differ from person to person, but is very important choice.
Finding a perfect selection is not just about the setting or the cost of the ring, it also depends on the wearers’ personality and the individual style statement. The reference of a traditional design or modern one, whether it should be in gold or platinum, whether it should be an intricate design or a simple band, all this counts while choosing a ring design.
The most common and widely preferred categories of rings are solitaires (simple rings with a single gemstone in the centre), ethnic rings (designs in tribute to cultures), contemporary rings (sleek and modern rings made by famed jewellers), custom-made (a personalized ring designed by oneself), vintage (antique designs) and art deco rings (flashy and colour-filled styles with bold textures). The expensive rings out of these are the vintage and contemporary rings.
The design of a ring also takes into consideration the stone setting, metal setting, textures, weight and colours. The metal setting is the choice of metal to hold the precious stones to the band. This can be yellow-gold, white-gold, platinum, titanium, or multi-tone metals. The most liked stone choice that fits into any ring design is the colourless diamonds, though pearls, sapphires and rubies are also popular choices. The centre-stone shape is another important feature of the ring design. The widely used shapes are the square princess cut, a triangle trillium and the famed marquise cut.
Selecting the perfect ring design is based upon how one merges their preferences, the choices available and the range of budgetary and expensive rings.
